A brand new roof was installed, along with 1.5 inch insulated slate grey siding that keeps things warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

All old wiring was replaced with up to date wiring, along with a new electrical panel. As well, pot lights were installed throughout the entire house to keep things bright.

The old furnace was thrown away, and replaced with a brand new system.  All air vents we re-positioned to maximize space.

All windows within the home were replaced with double paned glass and new drywall was installed in 95% of the house. 

On the main and 2nd levels, rich coloured and high quality hard wood was installed, with a light modern laminate installed in the finished basement.  

Higher priced spray foam insulation was applied to exterior facing walls, adding yet another layer of comfort.

All old piping was removed and replaced with up to date pvc tubes, while exterior clay pipes and lead piping was removed and replaced.  Tap water has received the highest city rating available. 

Durable custom floating staircase built offsite, and custom storage space was installed in multiple locations throughout the house.

Entire front yard was excavated and replaced with curved interlocking grey stone leading up to a stylish composite floating staircase.

A brand new two level deck was installed, with an open concept design allowing for multiple uses and the opportunity to entertain big groups.

A compact and robust tankless water heater provides more than enough hot water to multiple appliances, while providing simultaneous hot showers, and freeing up space in the basement.  

All new appliances, including a new fridge and dishwasher within the past two years.
